Organic Maple Syrup (organic?)

Our syrup is organically certified by the Maritime Certified Organic Growers Association and licensed by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. In order to bring the best to you, we must adhere to and follow strict organic certification guidelines.

These guidelines assure you that our maple forest is managed in a sustainable way. Also we do not practice monoculture but encourage the growth of all species and preserve wildlife habitat. Beside the preservation of the ecosystem, Organic Certification assures you that only approved cleansers and antifoams are used. We undergo stringent annual inspections to maintain our certification.

While being mindful of our environment and care-takers of our forest, we have developed healthy long term tapping policies and procedures. No sprays, fertilizers, or pesticides are used in, on or around our trees.

We are proud to be among the 1% of producers using the latest, most energy-efficient, high-quality processing equipment on the market. Our organic maple syrup is a premium product direct from Mother Nature to your table - and not just for breakfast!
