Brutus Magazine Japan, Canadian Organic Maple sugar grade B contest winner.

Each year the magazine has a Grand Prix taste contest covering 16 categories. Each category is judged by three professional chefs. Covering every sweetener from organic cane sugars, to coconut sugars, both domestic and imported.
"It was hard to believe, but there were 700 sweeteners entered "... everything from rice sugar to coconut sugar, and our maple sugar was awarded second place," Hargrove said.
Chef Mr. Hara chose Canadian Organic Maple sugar as the second place sweetener overall in this international taste competition and winner of the maple sugar Grade B category.
Brutus editor Jan Oda-Biro goes on to congratulate Canadian Organic Maple Inc. for its internationally-recognized quality product.
