Treena D How often do I drink.. Monday, August 20, 2007
>>  How often do I drink the lemonade? What is typical amount in a day. thx, Treena
Canadian Organic Maple -Keith How often do I drink.. Tuesday, August 21, 2007
>>  Dear Treena, When you're on a cleanse which is best at 7-10 days, you drink as many as you feel you need. As soon as you feel hungry you drink another.
FYI-You should not feel hunger pangs for any length of time. The diet is not meant to be uncomfortable. When I've done the cleanse I was drinking the lemonade 8-10 a day or so. (warm) Perhaps you're 6-9 times or more than me. Than depends mainly on your metabolism. (how quickly you digest).

Canadian Organic Maple -Keith How important are the exact ingredients...more info Thursday, September 6, 2007
>>  Hi Bob,
Because the Master Cleaner diet contains so few elements, it's crucial that nothing is lacking or missing and that all or most are organic in nature.
The cayenne pepper is a miraculous cleansing agent as is the lemon. The maple syrup is the food content supplying nutrients and calories. It should be as pure and dark as possible- organic is the purest.
(we recommend the jugs of syrup as it has the dark or richest nutrient content). Go for organic lemons if you can!

>>  What if I get hungry when on the master cleanser? Can I eat anything at all? Recommendations?
Canadian Organic Maple - Keith What if I get hungry when on the master cleanser? Friday, September 14, 2007
>>  Hi there Loni,
If you're on the diet, you should be drinking one cup or glass everytime you feel hungry. This could be 6-12 times daily depending on the individual. Best to prepare the syrup/lemon/cayenne in a jar and refrigerate it in advance.
This way you only need to boil water and add the mix to it whenever you get a hunger pang.
This helped me stay on the diet without getting fed up making the tea.
Petra H. salt water internal bath vs colonics with master cleanser Wednesday, September 26, 2007
>>  salt water internal bath vs colonics with master cleanser, which is safer? can you use colonics during the master cleanser diet?
Canadian Organic Maple - Keith, thx to Tom Kennedy salt water internal bath vs colonics with master cleanser Thursday, September 27, 2007
>>  Hello Petra, Not sure why but it is not only unnecessary but "extremely dangerous" to combine colonics and the Master Cleanser. I not a doctor and thus my advice is what you will make of it but here's a quote:
Another Cleansing Aid: Internal Salt Water Bathing As it is necessary to bathe the outside of our bodies, so it is with the inside. Do not take enemas or colonics at any time during the cleansing diet or afterwards. They are unnecessary and can be extremely harmful.
There is a much superior method of cleansing the colonic tract without the harmful effects of customary colonics and enemas. This method will cleanse the entire digestive tract while the colonics and enemas will only reach the colon or a small part of it. Colonics can be expensive while our salt water method is not.
Directions: Prepare a full quart of luke-warm water and add two level teaspoons of uniodized sea salt. Do NOT use ordinary iodized salt as it will not work properly. Drink the entire quart of salt and water first thing in the morning. This must be taken on an empty stomach.
Alexandra B. main ingredients of the master cleanser Tuesday, October 2, 2007
>>  Hi Keith, I would like to know simply what are the main ingredients to the master cleanser?
Canadian Organic Maple - Keith main ingredients of the master cleanser... Wednesday, October 3, 2007
>>  Dear Alexandra,
In summary the only ingredients in the master cleanser are:
1) hot water (can be cold if so desired)
2) Maple syrup (this is the food, calories, nutrients, flavour)
3) Squeezed lemon juice (cleanser, vitamin c, flavour, antioxidant)
4) Cayenne pepper (cleanser)
Use as organic syrup and lemons (if you can get them)- the whole idea of the cleanse is to rid yourself of impurities!
Megan, B herbal teas while doing the Master Cleanser Tuesday, October 9, 2007
>>  Hi, I read about taking an herbal tea at night(while doing the master cleanser), would you happened to know what kind of tea this is? and if I can buy it anywhere?
Canadian Organic Maple - Keith herbal teas while doing the Master Cleanser Tuesday, October 9, 2007
>>  Hi Megan,
It's up to you which tea to take before sleeping. Make sure that it is non-caffeinated. For example any mint, ginseng, ginger tea would do.
Antonella R. Working day vs needing to go to the washroom while on the cleanse Thursday, October 11, 2007
>>  Hello, how do I manage to go to work while on the cleanse? Specifically, wont I have to suddenly run to the closest washroom as my body's not "on schedule"?
Canadian Organic Maple - Keith re: Working day vs needing to go to the washroom while on the cleanse Friday, October 12, 2007
>>  Hello there Antonella,
I recommend the salt water internal bathe in the morning 40 min before leaving the house.
Sounds kind of gross but it isn't. Since your system has no "food" to excrete. 1 liter or quart of warm water with alot of salt induces your daily "purge".
Within 20-30 minutes it happens and then you can get on with your day without any surprises. Most importantly, you've highly encouraged the cleansing out of toxins on a daily basis. Feels great and there is no odor etc.
